• Contribute to the formation and collation of the annual Audit Plan, placing focus on high risks in line with the business unit/management expectation and concerns.• Assist in compiling information to support the annual Audit Plan• Conduct audit planning in line with the IIA and corporate internal audit process and protocols • Review of the control environment to develop an effective audit test approach• Conduct testing in line with expected internal audit standards.• Ensure preparation of accurate and clear workpaper in accordance with the IIA and corporate internal process and protocols.• Ensure issues are documented with sound judgment, identify the root causes and provide practical recommendations.• Identify, discuss and validate audit issues as they are identified, prioritizing those with higher risk/impact and ensure appropriate action plans are defined.• Communicate all issues to the auditee within a timely manner and provide status updates to them during the audit • Ensure completions of accurate and clear audit reports are accordance with IIA and corporate internal process and protocols.

• Audit financial statements., Pension Plans and Pension benefits for private companies• Execute day-to-day activities of audit engagements of various clients• Identify and communicate accounting and auditing matters to Senior Associates and Managers• Interact with clients to help ensure that the information flow from the client to the audit team is efficient.• Serve as a liaison between clients and Senior Auditor and Manager• Identify, research, and communicate technical matters to both clients and senior Associate and management
