-Providing outcome-based solutions for our physician referral sources and existing patient population-Submitting new orders and monitoring their completion, from initiation to setup, while working closely with clinical, sales, and service departments-Preparing and analyzing the billing and setup paperwork for patient services-Working closely with existing patients to troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and dispatch corrective action via the appropriate departments within the organization-Recommending potential products or services to management by collecting patient information and analyzing customer needsand actively participate in the training of new customer service and sales personnel

The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) at UConn Waterbury is part of a network of 125 institutes across the United States. OLLI at UConn offers non-credit courses, special lectures, and social events for adults 50 and over. Most activities occur on the UConn Waterbury campus. OLLI offers a 10-week fall and spring semester, and Winter/ Summer sessions in January and June.

− Schedule human subjects and be trained in CITI training in ethical treatment of human subjects− Attend weekly lab meetings as part of a team− Implement experimental protocols with human subjects and collect and code self-report,physiological, and observational data− Read journal articles and communicate ideas during journal club (during lab meetings)− Engage with human subjects and research team members via strong communication andinterpersonal skills− Participate in weekly supervision with faculty member and undergraduate team leader for researchprojects (typically during lab meetings).
