Most of Eldeco’s projects are large. When this is the case, I am more in a Foreman type roll. Where I am normally assigned an area and a group of employees. That I then do as needed to get whatever the scope of work may be completed.If it is a smaller project, I am in a Superintendent roll. Then I am given a set amount of employees to do the job.
