Current• Handling Direct Procurement and Indirect procurement• Direct Procurement is spending on services, goods, and materials that drive profit, performance, and competitive advantage.• Indirect procurement like MRO (Maintenance, Repair and operations)- It includes items required for the day-to-day running of a business, such as office supplies, computers, cleaning supplies and essential repairs, which are vital to the smooth running of the business.• Flotation of enquiry, tabulate and analysis of quotation, Negotiating Price and Terms & Conditions with suppliers.• Preparing & Processing purchase orders and requisitions from sites• Assisting in and supervising the procurement of goods and services in order to reach material at site on time.• Leading and monitoring supplier relationships.• Produce and maintain a supplier price history database to capture and assess the supplier’s service, quality and price performance• Planning and controlling the purchase & procurement of required items & services.• Reviewing all contracts/agreements and price and short listing promised vendors or suppliers to achieve ‘best price/best quality’ purchasing.• Payment for suppliers.
