Coordinate different projects from UAE, Singapore, Latvia etc with my BIM team and the client and to provide necessary inputs and guidance to the project submittals and project development.

The role is to coordinate and check the BIM models of all disciplines and produce in accordance with the BIM execution plan (BEP) and the BIM standards and to coordinate it with the client and the BIM team to make the necessary updates on models according to the site conditions and changes. One of the major tasks in this includes the development of 4D simulation models on Synchro 4D of the project and to differentiate the Actual vs Planned timeline to evaluate the stages of the project.

The job is to meet the desired production output of the Precast plant and plan the production in such a way that all the available resources are used to produce error-free elements for the on-going residential projects.
