 Led the relocation project for the overseas operations for high-volume products such as outdoor transformers valued at $10M in revenue.  Established an overseas entity and foreign holding company, which included the full relocation of the manufacturing operations with a cost savings of $2 million in the first year.

 Oversaw a department/team of 5 which handled the financial and operational management of maquiladora operation in Mexico. Established domestic/international bank relations and effectively negotiated an increase in Line of Credit from $3 million to $5 million. Redesigned the collection structures to be customer service-focused, which improved Days Sales Outstanding from 42 days to 35 days in a six-month timeframe.
