Partnered with the Walmart Customer Team and led a project to develop new flavors of the branded cream cheese portfolio. Results: innovation flavors presented for 2025 Walmart innovation launch.Developed branded merchandise for the Cooper Cheese Brand in Philadelphia, PA. Worked with apparel vendors to establish the merchandise lineup including design, cost, and retail structure. Results: the direct-to-consumer merchandising site went live in November 2024, generating the first ever apparel revenue stream for the Cooper brand. First year revenue target, $50,000.Collaborated with the sales team developing customer selling stories anchored in category insights, brand awareness, and consumer data utilizing Neilson, Circana, Power BI, and Google Analytics.Worked directly with broker teams managing and tracking promotional allowance spending to ensure brokers utilize their allotted promotional dollars to drive sales without exceeding their budgets.Managed the business-to-business product requests aligning potential foodservice retailers with the new customer acquisitions team.

I worked on the annuals planting team for Landworks, Inc. which involved transporting flowers, plants, and equipment to residences around Wisconsin. Upon arrival, I was responsible for prepping flower beds with the proper soil, installing the flowers and plants outside the homes or business, and cleaning the space used during the job. This position taught me the importance of working in teams to complete a job efficiently and successfully for the customer's satisfaction. It also provided me with experience operating large vehicles and using company issued equipment.
