I worked at 3 Line Electrical, as Customer Service Manager. I looked after individual customer accounts and the staff within our Exning branch. I was daily providing sales assistance and knowledge to our customers. Dealing with our customer demands on the front counter, over the phone and via e-mail. I was not only heavily dealing with our Customer Service performance but also Staff management and performance of our branch.

I organised the jobs for the workers and took calls from current and new customers all the time making sure everyone is dealt with properly and efficiently. I was responsible for a large number of maintenance contracts and I over saw some high profile company contracts including G's Shropshire, RAF Mildenhall and Lakenheath and also Darley Stud. At all times making sure our visits were on time and all doors are serviced correctly and regularly. I was responsible for ordering relevant parts from manufacturers depending on the technician's requests.I also contributed to the promotional side of the business by setting up and maintaining a facebook page and webpage and creating brochures and leaflets to help promote the company.

My job role as Media Analyst/Media Executive was one I thoroughly enjoyed. I had a large amount of responsibility and a number of important tasks to complete day to day. I was solely in charge of some of the advertising we sent out to various magazine publishers and the results that they brought back to us financially. I studied the stats and figures working out which adverts were successful and which ones weren't. We advertised a number of products from Mobile wallpapers and Ringtones to Premium Rate Phone lines and competitions. Some of the magazines I worked with in the middle shelf sector included Zoo, FHM, and Official Playstation2 just to name a few. We also worked alongside The Sun Newspaper.My duties included number allocation and service allocation working with the stats and number generation system, negotiating advertising rates with publishers, choosing publications and initiating changes to ads. I tried to have a hand in some of the general design aspects and pushed to get more involved with the designers ideas when producing adverts. This helped me increase my knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator, knowing the limitations and capabilities so we could get the best out of our adverts.
