Throughout my career, I've held diverse roles, all centered around the intersection of strategy, product innovation and commercialization.My expertise lies in reshaping corporate strategy (Pershing’s Chief Strategy officer), driving product innovation to fuel business growth (Pershing’s Head of Product Management and Development), and leading lines of business to maximize profitability (Chairman and President of Lockwood Advisors, Chairman of Albridge Solutions). Firmly grounded in the servant leader leadership model, I have a track record of empowering teams to achieve exceptional performance across multiple organizations.Areas of expertise include: Global Strategy and Innovation – Developed the strategic plan, financial model, high-level product roadmap, technology build / buy recommendation, and staffing model while securing investment for Pershing X, an industry leading advisory business. This initiative has become one of BNY Mellon’s most significant and strategic investments. Product Development and Management – Drove the development and enhancement of financial solutions over the past 5 years leading to revenue and asset growth across banking (lending revenues more than doubled), investment solutions (NTF ETF revenues averaged 175% average growth), and advisory solutions (over 100% increase in assets ) Line of Business Management – Orchestrated substantial growth across multiple lines of business in advisory/managed accounts (Lockwood Advisors and PNC Managed Investments), data management (Albridge Solutions and Albridge Analytics) and investment services businesses (Edgewood Solutions). Business Inception and development – Founded and led the Financial Advisor Services business at PNC (Advisory and Data management solutions) and grew it organically and through acquisitions. Through these initiatives the division evolved into a multi-line entity with revenues exceeding $100 million.  Mergers & Acquisitions – Spearheaded multiple acquisitions to include a start-up investment management firm (Optimal Investments) as well as an established data management provider (Albridge Solutions).
