A PhD Researcher in Economics at the University of Sheffield, previously working as a researcher at an economic consultancy for just shy of three years. My research lies in the intersection between urban and environmental economics. Specifically, I'm researching the impacts of residential energy efficiency investments on house prices, their subsequent impacts on the uptake of similar investments locally, and the impacts this has on sorting and demographics within urban property markets. My research adopts both empirical and theoretical approaches to answering these questions. I work with geospatial data and I’m proficient in various coding languages, like Python, Stata, DAX, and LaTeX. I also use GIS software to develop automating processes. Alongside my studies, I produce data dashboards for public and private sector clients, and have previously trained colleagues and clients to use various data software products.
