Daily duties include chemical titrations of the caustic, acidic, and E-Coat paint pretreatment stages the vehicle goes through before color choice paint. As well as doing audits on the vehicles for any impurities in the pretreatment process and repairing any mechanical or chemical issues throughout the three paint systems.
