My role focuses on embracing the vision, strategy, and tactics of the lean manufacturing production operation. Key to the role is maintaining a strong work ethic and acting with a sense of urgency and purpose, balanced with strategic and day-to-day operational intent. Some of my duties include supervising production and key technical support personnel, coordinating operational needs, ensuring that operations are in compliance with the organizational policies and procedures, accountable for the safety of all operations and serving as a key member of the Emergency Response Organization (ERO).

My role focused on ensuring the safe disposal of radioactive waste and hazardous materials. Key to the role was maintaining a flexible approach and being detailed oriented. Some of my duties included overseeing and executing all waste management, product disposition, and transportation, developing cost-effective methods to ensure that waste disposal is environmentally sound, planning, documenting and evaluating activities and ensuring that all activities is managed in a manner that is protective of worker and public health and safety, and the environment.

My role focused on establishing a procedural framework for identifying, collecting, distributing and filing the controlled documents for the Programs. Key to the role was practicing strong critical thinking and sound judgment skills. Some of my duties included coordinating the procedures and document control programs at all three sites (Lexington, Paducah, and Portsmouth), providing adequate training and support to enable staff, DOE representatives, and subcontractors to successfully use the procedures and systems in use by the Program, developing and enhancing document controls procedures and tools and developing routine reports and metrics to gauge the team's success to accomplish the DUF6 Project mission safely and effectively.

My role focused on maintaining compliance with all legislation and regulations related to waste and transportation management. Key to the role was maintaining a high degree of attention to detail and practicing good communication skills. Some of my duties included providing management support to team members to ensure that management procedures are robustly followed, improving the effectiveness of waste management, improving fleet utilization, using tools such as vehicle tracking, scheduling and routing software and providing appropriate information and guidance on health and safety.

My role focused on planning, organizing, and directing the maintenance of the day-to-day plant operations. Key to the position was practicing effective decision-making and complex problem-solving skills. Some of my duties included coordinating plant activities, coordinating with internal departments, conducting training and evaluations, conducting plant performance testing, ensuring that jobs are completed efficiently and within regulatory guidelines and deadlines, ensuring optimal utilization of personnel and other resources, and adhering to occupational hazards and safe work practices.

My role focused on providing oversight and leadership to the operations staff and managing the plant site during the shift. Key to the position was practicing reliability and maintaining a solid commitment to teamwork. Some of my duties included interacting with regulatory agencies, specifically the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), providing training and coaching, working with the Maintenance and Engineering team to identify issues and provide solutions, responsible for raw material inventory, meeting fluctuating demands, and serving as an Incident Commander during emergencies.
