Hello 😊 My name is Tommy and I'm a liquor specialist and enthusiast 🍻 As of 2024, this is my 12th year working in the liquor industry and I genuinely love it. The Liquor industry is an engaging and exciting space filled with innovation and interesting people and businesses. Drinking trends and category preferences change quickly, being well informed and connected to suppliers and customers is key to success in the industry. I have been fortunate to see multiple sides of the liquor industry, working in Liquor Wholesale, Liquor Retail, On-Premise, Supplier Sales Rep and Events / Bartending. I have a passion for understanding the nuts and bolts of businesses such as- how do they operate, who the targeted customers are, what separates them from the competition and how they have grown their business. These experiences and interests combined give me a thorough understanding of the industry from multiple perspectives.I am currently employed by Bidfood Australia working in Dubbo NSW as Liquor Specialist managing the liquor portfolio and sales.
