Responsible for a portfolio of Accounts with revenues of more than 10 million dollars annually. Takes an active role in understanding the financials associated with assigned accounts and works with upper management on monthly projections, gross margin analysis and business development.• Oversees projects spanning the full gambit of services SDI Media offers including Dubbing, Subtitling, Access Services, Media Services, Metadata, and across all distribution windows including Broadcast, New Media, Home Entertainment, OTT, etc.• As a trusted resource, troubleshoots high level production issues and escalations; offering solutions to enhance workflow efficiency while maintaining consistency.• Applies expertise in media localization to analyze the creative and technical requirements of client orders, and map out suitable workflows and production schedules.• Mentors account team on protocols and best practice as it pertains to customer service, prioritization, escalations, and overall knowledge of media localization.• Helps onboard new customers and vendors into SDI systems; working with internal teams (engineering, IT, production, finance) to ensure expectations and service level agreements are honored. • Updates written documentation of client-specific protocol for internal departments: production teams, finance, media ops.

Based out the company’s global headquarters, manages a Client Services team focused on localization and media services, delivering content to VOD/EST platforms worldwide, on behalf of client such as HBO, Lionsgate, Netflix, Miramax and Hasbro Inc.• Liaises with internal production teams (Subtitling, Dubbing, Media Services), clients, and broadcasters/platforms to ensure projects are delivered on spec and within required deadlines. • Supports Client Representative team overall as a communicator, planner, and organizer.• Manages team to ensure department policies and best business practices are adhered to when communicating with clients and other SDI offices intercompany.• Troubleshoots client escalations and offers corrective measures to avoid future recurrences• Helps recruit employees and organize training plans for new hires, including support documentation as needed. • Suggests opportunities to improve operational efficiency (i.e. reducing duplicate data entry, identifying redundant use of production resources on similar tasks)

Client-based implant, overseeing all dubbing projects for Nelvana – a world leading producer and distributor of children’s animated content, based in Toronto, Canada, with a library consisting of over 4,000+ half-hour episodes. While delegating projects amongst a two-person team, has managed delivery of children’s television programs in over 30 languages to broadcasters worldwide, such as TF1, KiKa, Radio Canada, Cartoon Network, and Nickelodeon. In addition to daily work for Nelvana, has facilitated projects for client partners, including specialty channel KidsCo (TV dubs aired in 18 languages across Europe and Asia Pacific) and Kids Can Press (Ebook localization).

Language Dubbing and Localization.

Supported the music programming department by populating metadata for music library, used in PCMUSIC play out systems across Canada. Performed quality assurance; monitored songs and music videos for explicit lyrics or nudity and rated accordingly.

Responsible for the day to day operations and sales of the BPI counter located at the Toronto Eaton Centre, featuring fragrance and skincare products by Issey Miyake, Jean Paul Gauthier, and Narcisso Rodriguez. Managed team of 3 product demonstrators in a department store environment. Drove retail sales, ensuring monthly top 10 sales ranking for each BPI brand throughout tenure.
