The printers were high speed that printed check books for Harland Check printers. Started with Delphax as a service technician with accounts in 5 states and advanced to Site Manager in Baltimore, MD.Spearheaded a companywide project to reduce overtime by implementing a daily, weekly and monthly PM process that would decrease customer's downtime on printing equipment.Selected to rebuild customer relationships in 4 different countries when customer relationships were fractured and in question of loss. No customers were lost as a result.
