- Develop and build relationships on the phone with financial advisers. - Utilize sales process: identify needs, provide meaningful solutions, and deliver superior service to branch offices.- Demonstrate a strong understanding and articulation of the capital markets, Touchstone products and competitors’ products.- Integrate current themes and campaigns into conversations that drive the sales process.- Proactively follow up with clients and prospective clients to provide sales ideas, answers product questions, provide performance data, identify new sales opportunities, and help launch new products.- Utilize client relationship management database software applications and other departmental databases to track client interactions and the progression of each client relationship.- Generates sales ideas, identifies new sales opportunities, and presents these ideas and other territory strategies to the larger internal sales team.- Attends client meetings and events in the field as requested.

- Build and expand customer relationships by identifying customer's need and offering customized Fidelity investment solutions based on in-depth knowledge of products and services- Provide investment direction by using guidance tools to match needs with suitable guidance solutions such as products, research, and/or services.- Partner with other functions and roles within the organization to drive additional business - Develop and position mutual funds, fixed income products, and discretionary money management services to existing customers or leads- Host conversations about domestic and foreign financial markets, market trends, economic indicators, investment concepts and strategies, and the universe of competitive products in the investment/consumer financial industry
