Having recently ascertained a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering (First Class Honours), I am now working full time within Singleton Engineering (UK) Ltd; who have been manufacturing sheet and fabricated steel products or over sixty years. The diverse portfolio has enabled me to practise a complete range of manufacturing techniques including: folding, powder coating, fettling, and most notably TIG / MIG welding. I am now aiming to further my career and improve internal procedures.During my degree I also undertook a placement at Tods Defence Ltd where I was situated in the design department. This role taught me the importance of engineering traceability and the regulations presented by AS9100.
