I am in charge of daily operations in Ohio, Georgia and run an after hours crisis center. This includes, inter-agency correspondence, direct supervision of 8 people on a 24 hour basis, , initial assessment of referrals, marketing the department for use with other organizations and states. In addition to this I am in charge of a number of initiatives including increasing business opportunities for the organization, updating our technology, increasing medicaid notes for the department and increasing the number of placements by 100 children yearly for each state. I am also in direct supervision of twenty staff which includes creating schedules, running payroll, hiring/firing and providing motivation in order to achieve the goals that are necessary for the progress of the organization.

I was in charge of training incoming crew members, placing the correct people in the right places to ensure a successful day and tracking labor reports and sales numbers throughout the day. During this position I led the company in sales for three months and helped to make our store the top in Ohio.
