I am thrilled to announce my new role as a Financial Analyst, with a concentration of Net lease and Sale Leaseback Transactions at Stream Capital Partners LLC. In this position, I will focus heavily on financial analysis, particularly underwriting commercial real estate transactions. I will be responsible for conducting in-depth financial statement analyses and evaluating investment opportunities by tracking key financial market trends, such as treasury bonds, which directly impact cap rates in the underwriting process.In addition, I will provide support by creating detailed financial models to assess the risk and return profiles of prospective deals, ensuring that each transaction is thoroughly evaluated.
