I am thrilled to announce my new role as a Financial Analyst, with a concentration of Net lease and Sale Leaseback Transactions at Stream Capital Partners LLC. In this position, I will focus heavily on financial analysis, particularly underwriting commercial real estate transactions. I will be responsible for conducting in-depth financial statement analyses and evaluating investment opportunities by tracking key financial market trends, such as treasury bonds, which directly impact cap rates in the underwriting process.In addition, I will provide support by creating detailed financial models to assess the risk and return profiles of prospective deals, ensuring that each transaction is thoroughly evaluated. My role will also involve close monitoring of market trends, interest rates, and economic indicators to ensure our strategies align with current financial conditions.This new position offers an exciting opportunity to apply my financial acumen in a dynamic sector, and I am eager to contribute to Stream Capital Partners' continued success. During my role as a wealth management intern I worked closely with financial data to support wealth management strategies, helping clients optimize their portfolios and plan for long-term financial success. My responsibilities included monitoring market trends, particularly treasury bond yields, and understanding how these fluctuations impacted the overall investment landscape and client portfolios.I conducted research on a variety of financial instruments, tailoring strategies to individual client needs, risk tolerance, and investment goals. I also supported the development of personalized financial plans, ensuring they aligned with both short- and long-term wealth accumulation and preservation objectives. My work involved collaborating with senior wealth managers to deliver comprehensive financial advice and solutions, using financial modeling to analyze potential investment outcomes.This experience deepened my understanding of the wealth management process, allowing me to provide meaningful insights into how macroeconomic factors influence investment decisions and client strategies.
