As an analyst supervisor, I am responsible for the hiring, training and overall success of a team of analysts. I work with Client Success Managers and the analysts to ensure that our clients are getting the highest levels or service.

As a Senior Analyst, the interests of our clients are still my main concern. I am able to work as a part of a larger team to be more effective in my efforts of recognizing trends, establishing workflows and creating data driven reports that help to keep our clients in a better position against online threats.

As a Brand Analyst at MarkMonitor, I worked to protect the interest of our clients from the threat of online copyright and trademark abuse as well as a variety of other infringements. We are able to work with our clients to establish a plan for recognizing and working to eliminate the threats that are associated with online copyright and trademark abuse.

In my time as a Special Assets Analyst with D.L Evans Bank, I had to quickly evolve. My understanding of the lending environment grew immensely, as did my experience with handling problem loans, as that was my primary responsibility. While I was only at that position a short while, I think I accomplished a great deal. I learned to use the complex.

This position with D.L. Evans Bank further helped my development in the banking industry and gave me a very good understanding of various financial service products. I would say that my accomplishments would include successfully balancing the branch vault 90% of the time. I would also add that under several circumstances I was responsible for opening.

This position was really getting my foot in the door. I would say that my accomplishments would include getting to know other employees in the Boise area as well as learning the basics of the banking industry and the day to day activities.
