Lead Project Manager
CurrentI lead a team of project managers to coach them to build long term customer and sub contractor partnerships. Anticipate client needs, promote responsiveness to customer requests and ensure quality of customer service through the development of new methods, techniques and systems. Provide weekly reports, immediately inform upper management of any issues or concerns and manage accounts within contract requirements, resulting in top audit scores. I maintain a sense of urgency with every service request no matter how big or small, the area the project resides and the contractors available. I also work directly with management in support of expanding P3’s service base, project support, maintaining existing relationships, contacting vendors and suppliers as required.
