Project Superintendent• Coordination and scheduling of all work of subcontractors and project related staff.• Represent the company on site to all project related parties, including architects, engineers, owners, vendors, and municipal agencies. • Develop and maintain construction plans and schedule.• Ensure that work is fully executing and complying with engineered drawings and planned scope of work. • Communicate with the project team regarding RFI’s and material submittals. • Coordination of all required inspections.• Daily communication of all on site activities, issues, and progress to the Project Manager. • Maintaining all project documentation on site, including contract documents, reports, and logs. • Enforce subcontractor safety, health, and environmental quality standards.

SuperintendentMcKissack & McKissack Professional Design and ConstructionWorking for the Port Authority during all phases of construction on the $4 billion World Trade Center Transportation Hub. Serving as a superintendent for the Tishman/Turner Joint Venture. • Overseeing/tracking all structural contractors involved in construction of platform D. • Coordinating/scheduling building inspections between the Port Authority and general contractors/subcontractors. • Overseeing/Tracking all West Side Transportation Hub Saturday work including Structural, Architectural, and MEP trades. • Take part in the weekly setup, coordination, and closeout of weekend PATH track outages for the construction of (3) new platforms and (2) new train tracks; including 3rd rail power removal, oversight of construction crews’ activities and safety precautions • Coordinate with adjacent sites such as WTC1 and Retail to co-manage the construction of shared areas such as storefronts and mechanical rooms. • Responsible for tracking, confirming, and signing off on all T&M, OT, delivery, and all other construction tickets.
