About Thomas Southon

I'm a well versed manager with 20 years overseeing safe and efficeint operations. My experience has given me the knowledge to be able to improve overall operations on both the operations and maintenance side of the business using Six-Sigma methodologies. 15 years in the fabrication industry fabricating, installing and or erecting, ASME high pressure vessels, and structural steel structures as well as sub components for nuclear submarines.Positions include and have not be limited to, Welder, Fitter, Foreman, Field Installation Supervisor, Estimator, Fabrication Manager and Operations Manager.17 Years metals recycling experience including non-ferrous and ferrous metals with 16 years Managing and Operating facilities with and without automobile shredders, balers and loggers. HRB balers, ECS and ISS non-ferrous recovery systems, warehousing, procurement, inventory control and maintenance management.Positions include Supervisor, Safety Manager, Plant Manager, Operations Manager and Facilities and Operations Manager.Currently working on Six Sigma Green Belt.
