Customer Service Agreement w/DODI

As senior subsea specialist, I have been directly responsible for the proper maintenance and operation of all subsea equipment. These responsibilities include troubleshooting of equipment and hydraulic control systems as necessary, planning and organization of EOW’s (including all parts and components for same). I also perform the scheduling and supervision of EOW labor, the installation of new parts and components, as well as ensuring the proper refurbishment or overhaul of used/failed equipment. I work with 3rd party vendors to ensure correct and expeditious recertification of equipment occurs, along with the appropriate documentation required. I perform all clerical responsibilities in the subsea department such as; preventative maintenance, record keeping and organization of all certificates of conformance on equipment, registry of all serial numbers, inspections dates on well control and auxiliary equipment, riser kip days and tracking. I am responsible for the writing of all downtime reports and incident investigations relating to the subsea department and/or subsea equipment. Also, I must implement any/all action items stemming from said incident investigations. I am charged with the development, implementation and review of all job safety analyses within the subsea department on board my rig. I am responsible for all function and pressure testing of the BOP’s and related blow-out prevention equipment. It is my duty as a senior subsea specialist to ensure that all equipment (blow out prevention and all auxiliary equipment) meet governmental regulations and are fit for purpose. I am accountable for the training, supervision and safety systems participation of our night subsea specialists as well as subsea trainees.
