Full time medical scribe responsible for transcribing real-time patient encounters, compiling the finished note of the encounter and ordering tests, procedures and referring to medical specialists at the discretion of the medical provider I worked under.

• Worked as a medical scribe part time assigned to Tapan A. I worked Tuesdays, Thursdays and weekends than overnights assisting truck drivers as they delivered US mail, freight and other deliverables.
