Senior Quantitative Analyst
Current• Manage the end-to-end research process for self and other analysts including: project management, proposal writing, methodology design, survey design, programming, sampling and data collection, vendor and third party management, data analysis, reporting, and presentation.• Onboard and train new hires, devise process documentation and standard operating procedures, and conduct audits, validations, and improvements of pre-existing methodologies.• Lead internal initiatives not only related to quantitative work but also to the organization at large including the design of a workplace satisfaction survey, new employee culture handbook, and employee and telecommuting agreements.• Lead quantitative initiatives to reform and devise new methodologies for MDRG's offerings in Brand Health Score, Healthcare Experience Index, MaxDiff and TURF analyses, conjoint analysis (ACBC), metaphor elicitation tasks, and response latency analysis.
