Sales Responsibilities Include:Current Clients:- Work closely with customer and Spencer operations to identify where improvements can be made and create plans for execution of the process improvements. - Work closely with customer and Spencer operations to determine potential new business with the existing customer. i.e. technology rollout, infrastructure refresh, telephony upgrades, - Provide industry insight to the operations team and customer so that we can stay ahead of the trends and work both efficiently and effectively. - Attend pilot locations and help create and maintain the scopes of work for the technology deployments. - Maintain existing relationships with customers and be constantly aware of possible new connections to further our business with those clients. - Complete and validate pricing to customerNew Business Development:- Identify potential clients, make contact, and close business with new customers that are not currently utilizing Spencer Technologies for their deployment requirements. - Develop and deliver all pertinent documentation for RFP requests. - Develop and deliver pertinent data to the Spencer operations team to ensure successful project delivery. - Provide product training to both internal and external customers (i.e. Technology Products, installations, industry trends, etc.)- Create and

Project Manager Role:- Manage day to day operations with customer installations. - Managed Technicians onsite to confirm scope was followed and all the proper deliverables were received and provided to the customer. - Create relationships with local installation companies to complete requested work for clients. This included negotiating pricing for our partner installers to complete large scale low voltage contracts. - Coordinated and maintain installation schedules. Identify any changes to scheduling team and customer. - Identified and managed challenges to minimize impact to the installation and customer. - Provided daily and weekly reports to internal Spencer management and also fulfilled the customer requirements.- Reviewed and provided sign off for installations plans and as-built. - Review sites that our installers completed and signoff on work performed confirming that the site met and/ or exceeded Bicsi installation standards. - Helped develop and maintain customer scopes of work. - Help develop and maintain installation practices for the installers in the field.

This includes but not limited to Cat3, CAT5, CAT6, Audio, Video, and Fiber optic cabling. This also includes OSP and premise cabling following Bicsi cabling standards. - Installed and testing POS systems in various customer locations throughout the US and Puerto Rico. This includes but not limited to Registers, PC workstations, Switches, Routers, Phone Systems (analog and VoIP), traffic counters, CCTV systems, Access control, etc.
