Current- Delivered over 7,400 hours of Aerospace Ground Equipment instruction; 62 classes/over 620 students- supported 10 Major Commands- Provided 135 hours of special individualized assistance; refocused 92 Airmen--mitigated training losses- Mastered student records documentation in Technical Training Management System; documented all learning within 24 hours of event--ensured 620 accurate Student Training Reports- Administered over 6,000 progress checks & 1,200 block tests; provided feedback to students on areas of weakness--98% pass rate- Subject-matter expert; reviewed/rewrote 10 component locator books--ensured the validity and accuracy of all materials used for troubleshooting- Studies course objectives, technical orders, and other materials to prepare for assigned days of instruction- Develops and/or revises lesson plans and training materials- Serves as the subject matter specialist in the development and/or revision of training materials such as study guides, workbooks, written tests and progress checks- Monitors and evaluates student progress and performance- Administers and grades measurement devices, provides feedback to students, and maintains security- Possesses knowledge of the principles, practices, and techniques of instruction- Utilizes knowledge of training aids and devices used in training programs- Extensive knowledge of Aerospace Ground Equipment systems theory of operation maintenance and construction such as hydraulics, air conditioners, motor generators, engine driven generators, gas turbine compressors, electrical/electronics, air compressors, heaters, combustion diesel engines, frequency converters and self-generating nitrogen servicing carts, etc.
