One of these projects increased production volume by 30%.• Managed the development and implementation of breakthrough inspection method, cutting inspection cost and time by more than half.

After my graduation, I was invited for a 9 month project with the following responsibilities:• Process development of a new equipment in ultrasonic welding of polymers• Design of experiment and characterisation of results

Parallel to my bachelor’s thesis I was invited to work as a student support staff with the following main activities:• Process development and process improvement of abrasive resistant Tungsten Carbide coatings applied by HVOF method• Surface characterisation of thermal sprayed coatings• Laboratory support in optical and electronic microscopy, spectrometry, powder analysis and cross section preparation

As a bachelor student I was invited to participate in the Scientific Initiation program from my University with the following responsibilities:• Development of Stainless Steel, Molybdenum and Aluminium coatings using Eletctric Arc Wire Spray System, Powder Flame Spray System, Wire-Flame Spray Systems• Surface characterization of thermal sprayed products• Organization of thermal spray conferences• Laboratory management and oversight of experiments
