Integral part of national/international launch of Workday (HCM) in August of 2018. Myself and the team were relied on as the subject matter experts in the transition. For example: We became responsible to validating and entering special payments into Workday. This was net new work for us. To make this happen we developed a process to collect all payments using the help desk Service Now and communicated the process to all staff involvedResponsible for maintaining data quality and integrity of all compensation related data in the firms HCM System of Workday. This was done using a series of audits that were both vendor supplied and custom made by the team to fit business requirements. Took steps to ensure that any document that contained confidential information was only accessible to the people that had the required clearance.Managed diverse team of firm staff and contractors. Was an active and collaborative team member maintaining close relationships with them through weekly meetings and working sessions.Planned, coordinated, and supervised projects between the business and IT. Specifically between HC leadership, finance, Rewards Center of Excellence, back office teams, and IT.Successfully launched a completely redesigned version of an internal app (Me@PwC), both web and mobile. The app is used by all levels of staff at the firm to check their total rewards: base pay, bonuses, benefits, etc.Supervised multiple projects of various sizes throughout the year. These included mid-year promotions, fiscal year-end compensation planning, annual bonuses, and the Me@PwC app.Was project lead for fiscal year-end compensation planning.
