Inspected natural gas gathering lines for compliance with permits and the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan on behalf of ONEOK in western North Dakota and eastern Montana. Work was performed on an independent schedule with required weekly reports. Inspections for active construction lines included compliance reporting for the permits and regulations at state and federal levels. The thesis project was an exploration of the relationships between county and regional parks in Ramsey County, Minnesota and the surrounding communities. In order to explore this relationship, the study evaluated the extent to which county and regional park amenities/features are related to the socio-economic demographics of a community. This was accomplished through spatial and statistical analysis. The thesis involved an analysis of two indices of biotic integrity for cold water streams using backpack electrofishing on Gilmore Creek, Winona MN. The study consisted of finding the fish assemblage and comparing the two indices to determine if one index was more sensitive than the other. Mundahl and Simon's (1999) IBI was found to be less sensitive to temporary changes in the streams integrity.
