• Serves, and guides, as the lead for performance management and compensation for assigned client groups, for the time being: Commercial Insurance Switzerland and Life Switzerland.• Works on Organizational Design (OD) analyses for the local Business Unit Switzerland.• Participates in compensation surveys including the evaluation and determination of appropriate benchmark matches, analyzes and reports results and maintains data in compensation management systems.• Conducts research, evaluation and analyzes internal and external market data analyzes market trends and makes recommendations for salary structure adjustments. • Supported local implementation of the Global Job Model / Global Job Catalog.• Local subject matter expert for Sales Incentive Plans.

• Work on major international Benefits projects (project management, communication, exchange with regions and providers, conceptual design, budget management).• Perform role of Project Manager for defined international projects.• Monitor, support, and advise local HR and C&B managers on the material and conceptual application of the Global Benefits Policy• Professional expertise for designated benefit areas (e.g. Company cars, flexible benefits)• Support Head Global Benefits on other projects.• Support in the organisation and preparation of the Global Compensation and Benefits Committee meetings and other international global meetings (e.g. Global Compensation and Benefits Lead Team meetings)• Develop and maintain functional expertise in order to provide advice and support to business and HR colleagues.• Help develop and drive implementation of process continuous improvement.• Monitor project progress, address issues and manage escalation where required. • Prepare budget plans for agreement and control expenses.

• Taking responsibility for Global Benefits Budget tracking,• ERFA surveys - Coordinating Swiss Multinationals round table group question regarding Compensation & Benefits (C&B),• Taking responsibility for Global C&B Committee preparation (agenda, pre-read),• Global single point of contact for company cars (market practice, policy),• Global single point of contact for C&B Learning Map, a tool for educating business managers in C&B, • Supporting projects and benefits matters in the following countries: USA, UK and France, • Keeping benefits related policies updated (templates, wording),• Taking responsibility for Back office activities (invoices, accruals, expenses),• Organizing meetings and business trips,• Keeping action list of the Global Benefits team updated.
