I am currently employed At Leisure Creations. My current role involves 2D pool & patio layout creation and furniture layout proposals. I also create 3D models of our furniture to be published on our web site. In my former drafting position I designed jigs, templates, gauges, and fixtures (2D & 3D) to assist in the assembly of rail cars. I also assisted in production line layouts as well as problem solving critical fit up issues and maintaining and tracking template & gauge allocation.Prior to becoming a drafter, I was a production welder/fitter. I remain AWS certified in several weld procedures including GMAW and FCAW. I also have experience in production level aluminum TIG welding. I also have management experience as an assistant store manager, and a shift leader before that.I have a B.S. in psychology with a minor in business administration from UAB. I’m blessed to be husband to a beautiful wife and father to 4 beautiful children of ages 6, 4, 2, and 0 (fun stuff:). Although I consider myself a dedicated worker, they are at the top of everything I do.
