 Project Management – Lead team member of the $30 million Campus Remodeling Project. Role includes meeting critical deadlines to ensure the success of the project.  Manage a team of facilities technicians to help ensure campus projects are completed to HSN standards  Implement and manage installation of new facilities maintenance system software for HSN headquarters to streamline facilities department and provide improved customer service to 3000+ employees Provide CADD drawings for any system renovations and upgrades proposed by HSN  Develop design criteria by preparing layout and detailed drawings with architecture and engineering firms. Consultant to internal clients to determine strategic planning space needs; recommending and allocating usage of space based on business needs.  Manage plans and designs of facilities projects from inception to execution for newly constructed and existing buildings which includes the reconfiguration, maintenance, installation of modular furniture, and alteration of equipment.  Negotiate pricing of materials and products with contractors and business leaders all the while partnering with finance partners to maintain budgetary plans. Administer the scheduling and coordination of construction and moves that flow smoothly with the least amount of disruption to business. Manage the installation and configuration of CADD equipment, drawing file database, and CADD inventory and furniture. Maintain day to day project office moves which estimate manpower, planning, and scheduling office relocation.  Clients and departments include, Telecom, Engineering, IT, Television, Finance, Accounting, Fulfillment, Marketing, Merchandising, Planning, HR, HSN.com.
