I am a recent magna cum laude graduate of CU Boulder, with majors in political science and economics and a minor in philosophy. I am passionate about understanding and analyzing the world around me, especially the relationships between people and the institutions we form.As a result of this passion for people and institutions, I served my fellow Buffs as the Director of Finance for CU Student Government. Through this position I gained experience in financial management as well as the creation of a $30+ million budget. This role also allowed me to gain a better understanding of, and further my interest in, governance, policy, and public service.I currently work as an Operations Manager at ThriftCon, a Denver-based vintage clothing and collectible convention. This role has allowed me to understand the world of business and how to run a successful company, having contributed to survey research analysis, budgeting, B2B communications, and copywriting for marketing purposes.Outside of politics and economics, I am a strong believer in the importance of presentations. As such, I am incredibly organized and always strive to look and act in a way that reflects this. I’m also passionate about sustainable fashion so I love to collect vintage clothing and sew in my free time.
