I had the pleasure of working with Thomas for 5 years, most recently as a member of my compliance team in Global Procurement. Thomas led the technical elements of developing and sustaining our successful credit card fraud monitoring program utilizing ACL. He also helped create and execute our overall end to end fraud strategy that resulted in numerous successful actions against employees who committed policy violations and fraud. Thomas is also a capable presenter and trainer and was sought after within the company to provide ACL training across teams in all geographies. As is common, there were obstacles during the onsite time, but Thomas was patient and helpful as we struggled to overcome new and onerous requirements. Finally, all of our installation procedures were complete, and I had the opportunity to watch Thomas' masterly orientation session. He had prepared comprehensive training materials, to the extent that his experience as a teacher was barely called into question. Even so, he was obviously at ease in front of a large (and not altogether friendly) audience. There followed a short Q&A session (where I may have answered some technical questions), but all in all the event concluded in record time. A job well done, due in large part to Thomas' polished presentation skills as well as orderly attention to details in the initial work. To conclude, I was very happy to have had the opportunity to work (and travel) with Thomas, and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a consultant comfortable with making presentations and otherwise dealing with people of all educational and technical levels. In short, a very well-rounded consultant who would be an asset to any organization."
