Exar Corporation acquired Stretch Inc. in January 2014. Manufactured high-performance processors and processor boards for embedded applications focused on video and wireless processing. In this position, I orchestrated and drove all business development for the company video products groups with board-level video products making up 50%+ of sales. Selected Achievements: Defined and launched eight new products including innovative HD-CVI technology. Developed new opportunities while transitioning video line from Standard Definition to High Definition. Initiated and managed the embedding of Exar products into three system technology partners resulting in increased sales, product visibility, and new enterprise customer acquisition.

Initially hired as Director of Sales for North American then transitioned to Vice President of WW Sales. Manufactured high-performance SoC processors and processor boards for embedded applications focused on video and wireless processing. In this position I built sales organization and channels for a new product line that provided video processing with audio. Markets included wireless infrastructure, machine vision, video analytics and Security and Surveillance. Responsible for all sales from company startup until acquired by Exar Corporation. Selected Achievements: Achieved sales growth from zero to $3M per quarter. Grew APAC sales from nothing to many customers including four Tier 1 in China, Japan, Korea, and Taiwan. Grew Europe and Israel sales to many customers including two Tier 1. Grew North America customer base including two global enterprises. Oversaw ground-level set up of China RO, EMEA GmbH, Japan KK, and Korea offices for office contracts, personnel hiring, legal requirements, accounting processes in accordance with laws in each country.  Created, negotiated, and managed partnership programs for 3rd party ecosphere. Including software partnerships, system partnerships, support and sales channel partnerships. Created Strategic Account sales plan that compensated Tier I-focused sales team and Tier II-focused sales channels for cultivating and sustaining key customers. Built independent sales channels with technical distributors and local manufacturer representatives in Canada, China, Germany, Israel, Japan, Korea, Poland, Russia, Taiwan, UK, and USA.
