Working with a dedicated and industry leading team focusing on large scale estate renewals in partnership with Government bodies, Local Authorities, Housing Associations and Landowners.Creating some of the UK's best regenerations and receiving industry recognition for the achievements.The 10 years of Countryside Properties experience focused on leading the acquisition and partnering on complex large scale joint ventures, strategic land and conditional land deals. Various roles were undertaken through periods of a management buyout and FTSE delisting, the financial credit crunch, a Lloyds bank takeover coupled with a debt for equity swap and an Oaktree private equity takeover prior to a IPO FTSE relisting. During these events roles undertaken included a senior management position building an industry leading partnership subsidiary.Through the 10 years of Countryside Properties employment many successes were achieved, delivering much needed social and built environment benefits, with industry recognition for regenerations such as the South Acton Estate joint venture partnership.
