As a project manager in Arla Foods I have been project lead on projects ranging from:- Performance reporting project utilizing Power BI and enhanced automation, - Transparency driven organisational optimisation to ensure best possible delivery locally and centrally in the accounting function- Lead on the first ever "Supplier Day", delivering one of the most visible projects in Arla's transformation programme, by mobilizing and motivating the project team and the key stakeholders from Procurement and more functions.- Lead on more than 50 initiatives challenging the Indirect Spend as key part of the transformation programme- Communication and change management planning across select key initiatives in the transformation programme, incl. overall alignment on key messages, defining key changes needed and general alignment with Global communication and change management teams.- Implemented MS Teams in project teams to achieve a more efficient way of communicating and knowledge sharing

Since march 2015 I have been part of a two man project team rolling out Supply Chain Financing (Reverse Factoring) in Arla Foods. In short: Supply chain financing is a trade finance tool, which helps the customer extend credit terms through offering early payments to its supplier's. My role:I entered in to my position when the project was still in its early phases. I participated in all the discussions about what information was needed and what responses were better and why. These talks made the basis for picking the right external partners for the programme. Past decision making I participated actively in onboarding all of Arla's procurement, Accounts Payable, Master Data and In House Cash. New processes were developed with all relevant stakeholders and roadblocks and challenges were overcome with an open mind and attention to detail. In parallel the project had an IT project as well, which was mainly run by an external IT manager, however, having followed the process from front row seats. For the business side of things I conducted all quantiative and qualitative preanalyses with data from SAP, internal inputs and externally available information (i.e. Annual Reports). As to the presentations for suppliers I have conducted close to 50 presentations in Danish and English to Managing Directors, Key Account Managers, Finance directors and the like. Underlying I have played an active part in the underlying legal structure of the programme in close coorperation with our internal legal counsel.
