Ensure Potters Industries’ Highway products success in both application and evaluation by conducting field visits during installation of Potters’ beads. Suscess of Potters "new products" application and growth are key areas of my responsibility. I maintain a close working relationship with Highway products customers including various state DOT’s and private striping contractors. In addition, I provide them extensive training both hands-on and through presentations on the principals of glass beads and their proper application. I provide crucial support to Potters National Sales Team and direct customer support for Potters Industries Highway Safety products ensuring the customer is pleased with our product and that it is used properly.

Preformed onsite chemical oxidation remediation of contaminated (contamination consisted of organic compounds including BTEX and chlorinated solvent compounds) groundwater. Maintained injection logs including time and volume of the catalyst and oxidizer used in the remediation process. Maintained databases for contaminant type and treatability using Fenton's chemistry. Organized equipment warehouse. Packaged chemicals used in the injection process. Bulk mixed the catalyst used in the remediation process. Member of ARCO’s MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) team providing it with essential regulatory and DOT transportation data for compilation and implementation of MSDS’s. Provided ARCO’s European office with TSCA and FDA regulatory information on ARCO’s commercial products for customer support. Answered client regulatory questions concerning ARCO's products. Participated in weekly team meetings to determine status of outstanding MSDS’s. Assigned experimental product release numbers for shipping. Tracked international exports.
