Thomas Stinchfield is an award-winning agency owner, brand marketing expert, event producer, and experience junkie. He is a multi-instrumental musician and DJ that has traveled to over 35 countries in search of “the sound”. Tom’s latest venture, TRANSFIX, aims to disrupt the traditional art world by evolving how art is experienced, consumed, and compensated for in new territories never dreamed of. TRANSFIX is an enormous live experience showcasing the imaginative world of cutting-edge immersive art set in an illuminated, multi-level labyrinth sprawling over four acres. The curation features a staggering collection of shapeshifting kinetic, interactive, and fire-breathing art, accompanied by mind-melting video-enabled sculptures and projections, and reality-warping sonic experiences. TRANSFIX opens in April 2023 at Resorts World on the Las Vegas strip.Tom started his career in the early 2010s as a promoter and production manager at Rose Presents where he was promoting, planning, and helping conceive and produce fan experiences for events such as Van’s Warped Tour, Soundset, 10,000 Lakes Festival, and WE Fest. It was here that Tom’s love of creating inspiring personal experiences was ignited. Tom’s career took root at an international CPG company where he served as the head of brand experience for seven years and became instrumental in the company’s acquisition. At his agency, Mirrorball, Tom launched numerous brands in the hospitality and beverage space including Contraluz and Nocheluna. He also dreamed up groundbreaking activations for iconic brands including TimeOut, The Edge at Hudson Yards, TD Bank, SUMMIT One Vanderbilt, and BackMarket.
