Designed and supervised initial completions and testing programs for multi-interval vertical and horizontal exploration wells in SE Wy. Prepared completions design for HPHT wells (18,000 – 21,000 ft.) in East Texas. Completed preliminary facilities/well review for possible JV in major Nigerian field. Designed and supervised completion for ultra HPHT Basic Centered Accumulation gas for TXM Energy in Budapest Hungary; Prepared a field review of HPHT well completions for Tarim Oil in Western China including developing risk matrix evaluation quantifying different scenarios of potential wellbore integrity failures. Supported planning and field start up operations in NE US using coiled tubing drilling units to drill multi-lateral directional wells.

Designed compressor/ piping changes to de-bottleneck systems. Added 8% to sales volumes. Team identified secondary recovery viability Identify “quick hits” for immediate production increases. Recommended D&C changes to increase production rates; selected workover candidates, and designed completions.El Paso Production Dec 1999 – Aug 2001Consulting Engineer - Designed and supervised workovers and completions; coordinated effort to optimise frac design and mitigate production failures (formation influx into wellbore and casing collapse) in deep hi-pressure (0.9 frac gradient) South Texas wells; designed and optimised coil tubing programs; coordinated and supervised on-site completions.PDO, Muscat, Oman Apr 1998 – Sep 1999Production Technologist – Researched and evaluated the mechanical integrity of PDO’s 1000 + well inventory. Designed Tubing Management Plan for major production area that yielded expense saving of $1.5MM/yr. and almost total elimination of 3000 bbl/d deferred production caused by corrosion related shut-in wells. Initiated corrosion management process with direct savings of $500,000/yr (logging, testing) and improved control. Identified and prioritized candidates and designed workovers.El Paso Production Jul 1997 – Apr 1998Consulting Engineer - Identified workover candidates. Designed workovers and completions in hi-pressure S. Texas wells; coordinated and supervised on-site completions. Designed and optimized field coil tubing and gas lift technology.
