Throughout my career I have gained skills and experience in the following:-Business & People management -Capital project management -Finance review-Budget control & forecasting -Recruitment & Training -Project Research, Planning & implementation Over the past few years I have sort to develop my own management and organisational skills to better benefit my team, department and value within business management. I am responsible for managing 40+ employees at a time. I have overseen £100k+ projects to completion and success. On top of this I have managed to form long lasting networks with close colleagues and worldwide suppliers. It has been my pleasure to connect with so many people across the world and such a wide variety of businesses. Doing this has seen me working and training abroad as well as being able to draw from a wide variety of well skilled and respected managers.
