I am the founder of Your Gym Sports Performance Ltd, a UKSCA Licensed and CIMPSA endorsed education provider that specialises within the field of strength and conditioning. I also currently lecture on behalf of the Study Group in partnership with Leeds Beckett University, creating a year one degree international bridging course for international students to assist their Sport Science degree learning journey. I aim to support and educate S&C coaches and multidisciplinary team members within their current practice, guiding practitioners and university graduates towards UKSCA accreditation. I provide sports consultancy services across a wide range of athletes and sports, with a strong passion for evidence based practice, applied sports science, and the field of Strength and Conditioning. I am a UKSCA accredited strength and conditioning coach and have worked within Sports Performance and education concurrently since 2010. My research interest are applied biomechanics within Sports Performance and Sports Injury Biomechanics, power and rate of force development within Sports Performance, constraints based motor learning and speed and agility performance.
