Challenge today is to consolidate people, data and processes. Therefore not only knowledge about global processes and connections in worldwide acting divisions is needed. Often more challenging is to identify the processes and connections in all, to outline and mostly to evaluate them.Out of this knowledge the need is created to harmonize and optimize transactions based on efficiency and effectiveness. Therefore often the complete process landscape has to be questioned and examined. Biggest challenge of every optimization at all are involved people: here the job is to inform, convince, motivate and coach each one to see and find the target.In summary the task is: to make people aware of their process landscape, to motivate them to question each transaction, to look for optimization potential and to show the way to their individual innovation potential … and that's my job
