I am a Director and positioned within the Lease Advisory Department at the Bristol office of JLL, operating in all major commercial center's across Bristol and surrounding region to include Gloucester, Cheltenham, Swindon, Bath, Exeter and Plymouth. Being in private practice since 2005 based in London and Bristol, I joined the Bristol office in October 2011 and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. I specialise in the negotiation of rent reviews, lease renewals, and lease restructures of all property types across the south west, regularly working alongside the JLL Office and Industrial Agency, Development and Investment teams in providing advice to clients.
