I have direct entrepreneurial/operating experience having founded and served on the Board of Directors of Pets Choice, a successful veterinary services company. At Pets Choice, I authored the initial business plan, recruited senior management, secured funding and played a key role in growing the business to over $60 million in revenue with veterinary hospitals in 4 states. As a Member of the Board of Directors, I chaired the Audit and Acquisition Committee's of the Board. I was also responsible for raising $70 million in private capital to fund operations before selling to our public competitor VCA seven years later.
