• Performed daily safety compliance audits to ensure that catering drivers complied with all LSG policies and procedures while operating on the airfield.

• Co-Chaired the Employee Safety Committee; included performing random kitchen audits to identify safety risks and develop plans to resolve issues found during audits.
• Developed new procedures for the safe operation of LSG catering and water trucks.

• Collected and validated irregular flight operations data using MS Access and Hyperion Brio; often required doing additional research such as reviewing flight operations data and log information.
• Analyzed Ground Damage data to identify trends, assigned risk and to uncover events that were never reported.
• Produced monthly and quarterly ground damage reports for Senior Executives illustrating trends and areas of improved or declining performance.

• Maintained the ramp operations policies and procedures in the Customer Service Manual.
• Acted as editor for the ramp training manuals to ensure a consistent and professional product.
• Participated in the ramp and cargo investigations as a result of the weight & balance challenges in Juneau, AK.
• Developed ramp procedures to allow for the carriage of multiple position cargo and live animals on the main deck of the 737-400 Combi/Freighter aircraft.
• Participated in the process to redesign the baggage and ULD loading procedures.

• Performed station audits in the Frontier Jet Express operation.
• Performed special safety investigations. Past investigations included investigating weight & balance discrepancies as a result of cruise ship bags from Vancouver, B.C., and investigating belt loader chocking.

• As ASAP Manger, interfaced with the FAA on a regular basis to facilitate the ASAP Programs.
