Scout Realty is on a mission to eliminate commission. The traditional 6% Real Estate commission model is outdated and is, quite literally, 100% B.S. In reality, you're paying a MASSIVE percentage of YOUR hard-earned equity to an agent whose job continuously gets easier as technology progresses. Paying 6% of the price of your home makes no sense at all. Scout has turned that model on its head, and is actually bringing a value offering to our clients - giving them multiple options that work best for them. As an example, a client with a $1,000,000 home, saves $25,000 by using Scout. Imagine that...an actual offering for real estate clients. Most agents if asked what they're worth, will have to ask you the price of your home before answering that question. Our average clients save around $10,000; and many use that money saved to pay down debt, remodel their new home, or save for retirement.Any questions, or if you think you or one of your clients could benefit from this model, please send me a message! I'd love to show you what we're doing!
