I have developed good interpersonal skills and am confident with all age groups especially since working with children and collaborating with people within two Russell group university settings.I am an effective and coherent communicator who, as well as being self-motivated, am comfortable working within a team. I was captain of my university college basketball team for a year, and this gave me experience in leadership skills, as well those I’ve listed above. I am a quick and enthusiastic learner, who is honest, reliable and flexible in my approach to any task set. I am used to working towards deadlines which has allowed me to develop excellent time management skills, which allows me to work proactively in any task I am set or set my mind to. I am a person that welcomes and encourages constructive feedback to better myself and work ethic.
